Managing Technical Consultant

Job Summary

Seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Managing Technical Consultant for a full-time remote position, responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions, building integrations, and solving complex business challenges through automation and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with customers to provide technical expertise and resolve implementation and integration challenges
• Design, build, and maintain integrations between TeamDynamix solutions and client systems
• Identify automation opportunities and implement technology solutions to improve efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, database report writing, or technical solution development
• 7-10+ years of experience in computer technology or technical services
• Experience in a technical consulting or support capacity directly with customers
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to manage complex issues independently
