Key Responsibilities

Handle federal court litigation, focusing on Writs of Mandamus and APA lawsuits
Manage a high-volume caseload and represent clients in immigration proceedings
Prepare and submit various immigration applications and legal briefs

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of Immigration Law experience
At least 2 years of experience in immigration law, with a focus on Mandamus and APA litigation preferred
Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, and USCIS applications
Interpersonal skills of the highest caliber
Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
