Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mandamus Immigration Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Handle federal court litigation, focusing on Writs of Mandamus and Administrative Procedure Act lawsuits
Manage a high-volume caseload and represent clients in immigration proceedings
Prepare and submit various immigration applications and legal briefs

Qualifications

At least 3-5 years of Immigration Law experience
2+ years of experience in immigration law, with at least 1 year handling Mandamus and APA litigation preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required
Experience with Family-Based Petitions, Humanitarian cases, and other USCIS applications
Experience with Case Management Software is preferred
