Mandarin Account Executive

Job Summary

As a fully remote opportunity, the Mandarin Account Executive will drive new customer growth within Mandarin cuisine restaurants by converting inbound demand, conducting product demonstrations, and building trusted relationships using a consultative sales approach.

Key responsibilities

• Following up on marketing qualified leads within the Mandarin cuisine market
• Conducting discovery calls and product demonstrations in Mandarin
• Creating and reviewing quotes and contracts in Mandarin while ensuring successful onboarding post-sale

Required qualifications

• Fluency in both oral and written English and Mandarin
• 1+ years of experience in a sales role, restaurant operations, or a related field
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• General technical proficiency with software
