Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Mandarin Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant will prepare medical records, ensure compliance, and update patient information while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble medical record documentation for physician review
• Ensure medical record compliance and update patient health information
• Perform clerical duties to enhance provider productivity and clinic workflow

Required qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8GB of RAM
