Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mandarin-speaking Order Management Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Asia Pacific orders with complete data accuracy, focusing on key accounts
• Provide accurate and timely support to internal teams while identifying and mitigating order issues
• Resolve issues related to orders and invoices, improving the order-to-cash process and ensuring proper transaction execution

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), SFDC, and Microsoft Office applications
