Mandarin Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Mandarin Speaking (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from various marketing channels and report on customer behavior
• Qualify incoming enquiries from parents and students, ensuring accurate data management in Salesforce
• Establish and maintain positive customer interactions while supporting outreach tactics and scheduling meetings with Academic Advisors

Required Qualifications

• Native or proficient in Mandarin and proficient in spoken/written English
• Experience in Chinese marketing platforms and customer service
• Background in the education sector or related professional services preferred
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
• Strong organizational skills and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn
