Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter who is fluent in Mandarin and has experience in the entire recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source qualified candidates through job boards and social media
• Review and screen candidates to ensure they meet qualifications and input in ATS
• Schedule interviews and collaborate with hiring managers during the offer process

Required Qualifications:

• At least 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Knowledge of hiring laws, regulations, and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred
• Industry hiring experience is a plus
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English
