Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Mandarin-speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Liaise between parents and the education strategist to ensure clear communication and alignment on the child's education strategy
- Support student engagement by scheduling meetings and ensuring timely communication regarding progress and concerns
- Stay updated on application timelines and assist students with necessary documentation for school applications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum (preferably from a US/UK university)
- Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
- Experience in customer service and parent liaising, preferably in an educational context
- Knowledge of education systems and university admissions is advantageous
- Familiarity with youth development, mentoring, or coaching is a plus
