Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (Mandarin-speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise between parents and the education strategist to ensure clear communication and alignment on the child's education strategy
  • Support student engagement by scheduling meetings and ensuring timely communication regarding progress and concerns
  • Stay updated on application timelines and assist students with necessary documentation for school applications
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree minimum (preferably from a US/UK university)
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in customer service and parent liaising, preferably in an educational context
  • Knowledge of education systems and university admissions is advantageous
  • Familiarity with youth development, mentoring, or coaching is a plus
