Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, POS - Emerging Markets - Mandarin Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase to create onboarding plans for high-quality implementation
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine clients' networking needs and document the installation of the POS system
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements and provide post-live support to ensure a smooth transition for customers

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English
• Experience in the Restaurant or Hospitality Industry
• 3+ years in a role focused on customer satisfaction and business operations
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
