Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Consultant I, Guest - Emerging Markets - Mandarin Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with restaurant owners during the Go-Live phase and activate purchased guest modules
• Create best practices for restaurant operations and manage onboarding configurations remotely
• Drive internal communication across departments to resolve project blockers and accelerate activation timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual/Fluent in Mandarin & English required
• 3+ years of experience in customer satisfaction and business operations
• Proven success in operating independently and managing competing priorities
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience with POS software is a plus
