Fluent in Mandarin, the full-time Remote Relationship Manager will manage key account relationships across multiple industries, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while collaborating with a global team.

Key responsibilities

• Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of merchants in the assigned portfolio
• Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders across multiple continents
• Serve as the primary point of contact for problem resolution and client support

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience managing enterprise-level clients in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of payments and acquiring is essential
• Fluency in Mandarin and proficiency in English
• Ability to work across different time zones and in uncertain situations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
