Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Mandarin Speaking (remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor leads and enrollments from various marketing channels and report on progress and customer behavior
• Qualify incoming enquiries from parents and students, ensuring accurate data management in Salesforce
• Establish and maintain positive customer interactions, schedule meetings with Academic Advisors, and support outreach tactics

Required Qualifications

• Native or proficient in Mandarin and proficient in English
• Experience in Chinese marketing platforms and customer service
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Background in education or professional services is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to manage sales targets and KPIs independently and as part of a team
