Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of Manhattan SCALE WMS
Perform system configuration and collaborate with clients to understand business requirements
Document requirements and facilitate testing while troubleshooting operational issues

Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience with Manhattan SCALE implementations
Strong understanding of supply chain principles and warehouse management
Expertise in PL/SQL and basic cloud knowledge
Experience with ERP integration and supporting warehouse staff
Hands-on experience with high-volume operations in multiple warehouses
