Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

Performing deep functional and exploratory testing, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will execute manual testing, create high-quality test cases, and validate backend data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and create comprehensive test plans and traceability documents
• Validate backend data and file integrations using internal tools and SQL Server Management Studio
• Capture evidence and defects, assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate with automation engineers

Required Qualifications

• Strong manual testing experience
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio
• Familiarity with exploratory, feature, and regression testing
• Desire to learn automation with AI tooling
