Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

Performing deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused testing, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will execute manual testing, create high-quality test cases, and validate backend data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and create comprehensive test plans and traceability
• Perform exploratory, feature, and regression testing, while assisting with user acceptance testing as needed
• Coordinate with automation engineers to develop tests and provide frontline support for hot fixes and patches

Required Qualifications

• Strong manual testing experience
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio and internal tools for validation
• Desire to learn automation with AI tooling
• Experience in Mortgage/FinTech is a plus
