Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

Performing deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused testing, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will execute manual testing, create high-quality test cases, and validate backend data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and create high-quality test cases including Test Plans and traceability
• Validate backend data and file integrations using internal tools and SQL Server Management Studio
• Capture evidence and defects, perform exploratory and regression testing, and assist with UAT as needed

Required Qualifications

• Strong manual testing experience
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence
• Experience in coordinating with automation engineers
• Mid-level experience in QA processes
