Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

Performing deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused testing, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will execute manual testing, create test cases, and validate backend data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and create high-quality test cases, including Test Plans and traceability
• Validate backend data and file integrations using internal tools and SQL Server Management Studio
• Coordinate with automation engineers to develop and review tests, assist with UAT, and provide frontline support for hot fixes and patches

Required Qualifications

• Strong manual testing experience
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Experience with exploratory, feature, and regression testing
• Familiarity with Azure Document Intelligence
• Desire to learn automation with AI tooling
