Manual QA Engineer

Job Summary

Performing deep functional, exploratory, and customer-focused testing, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will execute manual testing, create high-quality test cases, and validate backend data while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and create high-quality test cases, including Test Plans and traceability
• Perform exploratory, feature, and regression testing while assisting with UAT and validating workflows across distributed systems
• Coordinate with automation engineers, capture evidence and defects using internal tools, and provide frontline support for hot fixes and patches

Required Qualifications

• Strong manual testing experience
• Ability to test complex workflows
• Experience with SQL Server Management Studio and internal validation tools
• Desire to learn automation with AI tooling
• Mid-level experience in QA testing
