Manual QA Engineer
Job Summary
To support quality assurance efforts, the full-time Manual QA Engineer will test new features, perform various types of testing, and create and maintain QA documentation while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Test new features and verify bug fixes through functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and other QA documentation while analyzing requirements and preparing test scenarios
- Test REST APIs using tools like Swagger or Postman and verify data using SQL
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Manual QA, specifically testing web applications
- Experience with Salesforce and a good understanding of the software testing lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques and experience creating test documentation from scratch
- Familiarity with Jira and TestRail (or similar tools), as well as browser DevTools
- Basic SQL knowledge and experience with database testing (Postgres, MySQL)
