Key Responsibilities

• Test and verify products using manual methods in realistic settings
• Reproduce issues reported by users and troubleshoot customer problems
• Collaborate with teams to define and execute effective test plans and ensure documentation accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience in manual software testing or QA
• Strong understanding of networking, Linux, and Windows systems
• Hands-on experience with common testing tools and QA methodologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field
• ISTQB certification or equivalent is a strong plus
