Manual Test Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manual Test Lead to oversee testing efforts for enterprise software projects in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead system and user acceptance testing (SIT/UAT) efforts for enterprise software projects
• Write, manage, and execute detailed test cases based on requirements from Business Analysts and stakeholders
• Facilitate daily testing meetings and manage testing resources throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 10 - 20 years of experience in software testing, QA leadership, or test management in large enterprise environments
• Proven experience leading System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong experience in writing and executing manual test cases based on documented requirements
• Proficiency with testing and project tracking tools such as Jira
• Experience working within waterfall-based project environments
