Job Summary

Supporting Coordination of Benefits activities, the full-time Manual Verification Specialist will research, verify, and document health insurance coverage information for multiple government-funded health plan accounts in a fully remote role within the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform Coordination of Benefits research and insurance verification activities for assigned client accounts
• Contact insurance company representatives to verify coverage details and maintain accurate insurance data
• Manage assigned workloads independently while meeting productivity and quality expectations

Required qualifications:

• Two years of experience with insurance verification, eligibility, benefits, or Coordination of Benefits
• Proficiency in computer use, internet research, and navigating multiple websites and applications
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and processes
• Experience managing priorities and meeting performance expectations in a remote environment
