Manufacturing Controller

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and strategic Controller in manufacturing, this fully remote position will manage client relationships, lead delivery teams, and provide high-level advisory services to support growth-minded entrepreneurs in the manufacturing sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor delivery teams, ensuring exceptional service and accuracy in financial processes
• Own client relationships, presenting financials and providing strategic insights to drive client success
• Design and implement strategic solutions for financial operations, including inventory management and production costing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including team leadership, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Proven success in managing multiple client relationships in a consulting environment
• Strong mentoring and team development abilities
• Advanced technical skills with accounting platforms and inventory/production costing systems
