Manufacturing Demand Planner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Demand Planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish a rolling 18-month consensus demand plan for the Equipment and Gas business segment
• Execute statistical forecasting and maintain material demand forecasts within planning systems and ERP
• Collaborate with internal teams to generate a demand plan that meets revenue, margin, and customer service goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Analytics, or a related field
• Five to seven years of experience in Demand Planning activities
• Experience with advanced demand planning systems, preferably SAP APO or IBP
• Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) best practices
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with business analytics tools like Tableau or PowerBI
