Manufacturing Design Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Design Engineer who will manage and guide development activities within the manufacturing design group.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage innovation and implement new processes for mass production readiness
• Engage with engineering and executive teams to build consensus and strategize product launches
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and supplier integration to meet project timelines

Required Qualifications

• B.S/M.S in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Metallurgy, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of program management experience in product and process development
• Ability to lead concept and proof of concept work with minimal supervision
• Experience with multidisciplinary groups and bringing new products to market
• Familiarity with design controls: Proto, EVT, DVT & PVT
