Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to support production processes and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily manufacturing operations by troubleshooting process issues and implementing corrective actions
• Develop, document, and improve standard work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, fabrication, or automation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Internship or co-op experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
