Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to execute tactical manufacturing engineering responsibilities with a focus on delivery and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate documentation and create manufacturing procedures to reduce waste and lead time
• Create and manage documentation packages for jobs, ensuring updates and digitization
• Monitor and track hours booked to jobs, implementing improvements to reduce direct hours

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with strong manufacturing experience
• Ability to lead small teams and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in implementing continuous improvement projects
• Proven analytical and organizational skills
• Experience in manufacturing engineering systems, tools, and materials
