Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting plant operations, the full-time onsite Manufacturing Engineer will design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for packaging equipment and processes
• Drive Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvements by identifying and implementing process enhancements
• Conduct root cause analysis to promptly identify and resolve manufacturing issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing processes and equipment, with a focus on packaging, blending, and tableting
• Proficiency in SOP creation and documentation
• Experience in driving OEE improvements and implementing lean manufacturing principles
• Expertise in root cause analysis methodologies and problem-solving techniques
