Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting daily manufacturing operations, the full-time Manufacturing Engineer will drive process improvements, enhance product quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges in Minden, Nevada.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions to support manufacturing operations
• Develop and improve standard work instructions, process flows, and manufacturing procedures
• Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Familiarity with CAD tools (SolidWorks, Creo, or similar)
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining, assembly, and fabrication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
