Job Summary

Bringing deep domain expertise to shape industry-specific solutions, the full-time Manufacturing Industry Specialist will manage business process maps, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide clients in aligning practical business practices with technology implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned industry verticals, translating industry practices into solution requirements and process maps
• Own and maintain business process maps, ensuring alignment with current industry practices and supporting solution design and delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting operational requirements with practical solution recommendations and supporting project planning and execution

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a subject matter expert, business process consulting, or related consulting role
• Deep domain expertise in one or more industry verticals with the ability to translate business practices into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of business process design, operational workflows, and requirements gathering
• Experience with technology implementations, ERP, CRM, or related enterprise solutions preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; relevant industry certifications or advanced domain-specific credentials preferred
