Manufacturing IT Transformation Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing IT Transformation Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to manufacturing, supply chain, and IT leadership for large-scale transformation projects
• Lead global manufacturing systems transformations, including MES deployments and automation system integrations
• Design and implement future-state manufacturing IT operating models and manage risk during complex initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in manufacturing environments within MedTech, Pharma, or Life Sciences sectors
• Deep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, including GxP and validation
• Proven experience leading manufacturing systems transformations, especially MES and EAM systems
• Strong knowledge of MES platforms (preferably Siemens Opcenter) and EAM platforms (e.g., IBM Maximo)
• Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels with strong leadership presence
