Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Learning and Training Leader I.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage change and transformation among operating teams to implement Integrated Lean 6 Sigma and establish self-sufficient teams
• Support manufacturing operational plans and targets, ensuring alignment and understanding of priorities and KPIs among employees
• Establish governance for operational performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with manufacturing standards and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in the industry
• Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, and 6 Sigma tools and concepts
• Engineering background with financial and business acumen
• Project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance
• Experience in talent development and team engagement strategies
