• Manage projects for deploying a Structured on the Job Training tool for Aircraft Mechanic development
• Train less experienced employees in leadership and facilitation skills while coordinating complex activities across multiple functions
• Analyze data and provide feedback on assessment results to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to achieve business objectives

• Experience with engineering processes
• Proficiency in Tableau and SAP
