Manufacturing Operations Manager

Job Summary

To support Google's data center infrastructure hardware portfolio, the full-time salaried Site Manufacturing Operations Manager will manage cross-functional activities with contract manufacturers, evaluate business risks, and drive operational excellence in a remote-eligible role based in Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee a Contract Manufacturer or region of manufacturing operations related to Google Cloud technologies
• Coordinate activities between contract manufacturers, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
• Enhance Key Performance Indicators and provide mentorship to the Contract Manufacturer management team

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 7 years of experience analyzing data and generating business insights
• 7 years of experience developing operational process solutions and managing cross-functional changes
• Experience in data center equipment environments or computer component manufacturing
• Knowledge of SQL and Operations Six Sigma certification or relevant operations coursework
