Manufacturing Operations Project Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Manufacturing Operations Project Manager will take ownership of hardware manufacturing and operations execution for physical security products, managing supplier execution, factory readiness, and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Own manufacturing execution across suppliers, factories, and internal teams, managing build schedules and production risks
• Oversee sustaining project execution for existing product lines, including demand alignment and fulfillment risk management
• Drive new product introduction (NPI) readiness, ensuring smooth transitions from NPI builds to mass production

Required qualifications

• Strong project management skills with experience in schedule tracking, issue management, and risk control
• Experience in sustaining project management within a hardware, manufacturing, or operations environment
• Cross-functional management experience across Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain
• Proficiency in using AI tools for reporting and communication
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
