Manufacturing Operations Senior Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and align the site's operating model with broader manufacturing and supply objectives
• Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure build plans are accomplished
• Provide leadership during factory disruptions and manage site-level budgets and resources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of experience in manufacturing partner environments, with at least 5 years in direct people leadership
• Strong understanding of product manufacturing flows and complex operational programs
• Experience establishing operating structures and cross-functional alignment in manufacturing
• Experience managing performance through key performance indicators in a fast-paced environment
