Manufacturing Optimization Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Optimization Engineer II specializing in Automation and Factory Transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze manufacturing operations to drive transformation initiatives
• Design and optimize end-to-end value streams to improve throughput and efficiency
• Lead automation projects, including design, integration, and implementation of robotics and PLC systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering (Master's preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in process engineering, factory design, or manufacturing transformation
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping
• Experience leading process improvement or automation initiatives
• Experience with automation, robotics, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is a plus
