Manufacturing Product Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Support Specialist for Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with understanding product functionality
• Troubleshoot and document customer issues for timely resolution
• Provide support for multiple product lines

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in applicable field or 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Experience working in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or Supply chain is a must
• Service oriented focus and ability to work as part of a fast paced, high performance team
• Ability to handle multiple assignments, prioritize tasks, and meet demanding deadlines
• Experience in relevant industry/platform
• Ability to work Eastern Time
