Key Responsibilities

• Address and close quality records under the company's quality management system procedures
• Mentor and lead peers in Quality Operations for investigations of varying complexity
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to achieve robust investigation performance

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree OR Masters degree with 2 years of experience OR Bachelors degree with 4 years of experience OR Associates degree with 8 years of experience OR High school diploma/GED with 10 years of experience
• Experience with Veeva, TrackWise, Smartsheet, and MS Office
• Ability to manage multiple quality records simultaneously
• Experience in leading investigation teams and utilizing advanced root cause analysis tools
• Strong understanding of regulatory agency requirements and quality management systems
