Manufacturing Recruiter, this is a full-time, 6-month remote contract position focused on full-cycle recruitment for roles such as CDL Drivers and Field Technicians while providing exceptional service to candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive all aspects of talent management and execute full cycle recruitment processes
• Build a diverse candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies and outreach

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, specifically for CDL Drivers and Field Technicians
• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in screening and assessing candidates effectively
