Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume manufacturing roles
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through phone interviews
• Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring team members

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
• Strong experience with high-volume hiring
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Experience with Paylocity is a plus
