Job Summary

Supporting an industry-leading manufacturing organization, the remote Contract Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a high volume of openings, source and screen candidates, and partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for multiple open positions
• Source, screen, and coordinate interviews with qualified candidates
• Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruiting experience preferred
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with ATS platforms preferred
