To support a key client's business needs, the remote, six-month contract Manufacturing Recruiter Consultant will specialize in full-cycle recruitment for positions such as CDL Drivers and Field Technicians, leveraging strong communication and organizational skills to connect candidates with meaningful job opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring exceptional candidate and client experiences
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline through innovative sourcing strategies and outreach

Required qualifications
