Manufacturing Solutions Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Solutions Director- MES.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and solution projects in the Automotive & Aerospace industry, focusing on MES/MOM and Digital Manufacturing
• Drive thought leadership to address customer challenges and collaborate with internal teams for timely solutions
• Manage complex digital transformation programs and work closely with presales and delivery teams to meet customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering; MBA preferred
• 15-20 years of experience in leading complex transformation programs
• Strong understanding of Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 Suppliers, and Aerospace manufacturers
• Experience with MES/MOM systems and knowledge of IoT, Cloud, PLM, and ERP is advantageous
• Proven ability to build and manage a team-oriented environment and interact with C-level clients
