Job Summary

Leading a team of technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the full-time Manufacturing Team Leader - Test Technicians will enhance technician capability, improve repair efficiency, and drive operational excellence through collaboration across various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Converts technician role definitions into consistent shop floor execution
• Supports technician progression through structured exposure, mentoring, and work center rotation
• Improves downtime recovery, yield, repair discipline, and technical workforce scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience in manufacturing, test, repair, troubleshooting, or technical operations environment
• Strong understanding of shop floor execution, work center flow, and production priorities
• Experience developing technical problem-solving in areas such as product test, repair, or process improvement
• Ability to manage operations to reach defined targets in quality, cost, delivery, and safety
