Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manufacturing Learning and Training Leader I.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead production operations to achieve key performance targets in safety, quality, productivity, and sustainability
• Manage change and transformation within operating teams, ensuring effective implementation of manufacturing strategies
• Establish governance for operational performance, continuous improvement, and compliance with manufacturing standards

Required Qualifications

• Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience, particularly in TPM, LEAN, and 6 Sigma
• Engineering background with financial and business acumen
• Project management skills and knowledge of industrial maintenance
• Experience in coaching and developing talent within manufacturing teams
• Ability to partner effectively with multi-functional teams to achieve objectives
