Mapping Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mapping Coordinator to oversee scheduling and coordination of remote field staff for telehealth services.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the mapping and clustering of facilities for optimal resource allocation and scheduling efficiency
• Drive provider visit fill rates and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly
• Maintain accurate mapping and communicate updates to stakeholders regarding scheduling adjustments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in the healthcare field is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, along with experience in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
