Mapping & Referral Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mapping & Referral Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete and expand state-level resource mapping for ORR-eligible populations
• Research and document programs offered by various organizations and maintain up-to-date information
• Develop and manage a comprehensive referral system to connect callers with appropriate services

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum two to three years of non-profit experience, preferably in the U.S. refugee admissions program or community engagement
• Experience with data management systems preferred
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse environment
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in other languages (Spanish, Arabic, French) desired
