Job Summary
Owning the ongoing relationships with a portfolio of marina customers, the full-time remote Marina Success Manager will focus on retention, adoption, and growth, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a book of marina accounts through proactive check-ins, business reviews, and health monitoring to achieve retention and customer health targets
- Drive platform adoption by identifying usage gaps, delivering training, and articulating clear ROI stories to customers
- Lead renewals and expansion efforts while collaborating with Sales, diagnosing churn risks, and implementing save strategies
Required qualifications
- Experience managing customer accounts with a focus on retention and renewals, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and earn trust with clients, including operators or executives
- Commercial acumen with experience in renewals, expansion, and demonstrating ROI tied to customer goals
- Familiarity with payments or financial workflows is a strong plus
- Experience in a marina or similar hospitality business utilizing modern payments and operations software is advantageous
